Anyone can use the success guides but in PARTICULAR, IF you reside in any of these states GA, AL, CO, KY, MD, MI or TN, the PSI National Barber and Cosmetology exam (theory & practical) are exactly the same and it would be very beneficial to allow Master the Chair to assist you in preparations for your exam. CA and MA, PSI only test for the Theory portion.
